Any ideas on how to get a stonemasonry apprenticeship in France or Italy?

I have done a diploma in masonry but im looking at studying an apprenticeship abroad. Its a great way to learn a language and develop my ability but I have no idea where to start or who to go to. Can anyone point me in a direction? Government body? Organisation? Thanks!
