Does anyone know if allstate covers structural damage?

we just had an ice storm in PA for 2 days. we have a concrete wall around our back patio that supports a bedroom. the concrete wall is ready to collapse from the ice storm which means that a portion of our home will collapse also. on the front of our home the masonry has cracked and is starting to fall away from the house and i know that if it dosnt get repaird we will have structural damage to the wood, i just need to know if allstate will cover ice damage to our home.
