Emily Jane and Mason Ray? WDYT?

I always knew I wanted to be a mother and I am so excited to find out were pregnant. I am not sure of the gender yet. I have been thinking of baby names for a while even before I was pregnant. I always loved the name Emily. After I meet my husband, I wanted to use his mother in laws name Jane for a middle name for a baby girl, she has passed away now and I think it is even more important. I love the name Mason and I can’t think of another first name. So I thought Emily Jane, or Mason Ray. Ray is a family name and also the name of the doctor that saved my life. but does Mason Ray sound like Masonry? Other girl names we like are Abigail, Amelia, Emelia, Sophia, Madelynn, Emma. Boy names we liked Benjamin, levi, william, liam, wyatt, Richard, samuel. Please give me opinions on these names? Thanks Sarah and Richie
